Latest update from Miller-Davis:

In May, demolition in C-Pod Phase 1 started on all MEP, ceilings and rough-in began. Workers installed temporary barriers, doors and decking over the pool. The laydown area was created with gravel and a new fence.

In June, contractors continued to install new MEP and rough-in C-Pod Phase 1. D-pod Phase 2 and Corridors Phase 3 started demo of Ceilings and MEP. Rough in and main branch piping started, and was followed by installation of new ducts. Currently Branch piping continues during off school hours every day and on Fridays in main corridors. New ceiling grid in pool area was installed. The new heat exchanger was lowered into the boiler room and installed while the old pumps were taken out.

So far in July, MEP rough-in continues with main, branch piping, and new duct work installation.  Heat pumps have arrived and are scheduled to be installed in C & D Pod. Communication and lighting controls are being roughed-in. New concrete housekeeping and generator pads have been placed.

Contractors are continuing to install new equipment, piping, and duct work in C, D-Pod, and corridors. Roof demolition, new sky lights and curb for new HVAC will follow in the next weeks. As we continue to move forward we are heading off any conflicting issue and installing the new systems.  Andy, the Superintendent from Miller-Davis, is confident he will keep on schedule with the great on site team.
